"I'd Love To Change The World"
Listening to You Tube …this song comes across my ears.
Ten Years.
After.
And no Thing has really changed much since 1971.
We have cell phones, we have solar panels, wind mills green scams, international communication, when no one can have a meanigful face to face conversation.
We have 5G towers, nexrad, haarp, dews, military bioweapon injections, the depopulation agenda spitting in your faces, they call it progress, I just don’t know.
1971: 54 years ago.
So tell me sister, tell me Bro?
A zebra never changes stripes, people do not change unless they have to.
The world is still the same,
I am just asking you?
The names change,
But the essential drama remains.
Senators STOP THE WAR on us,
They drop poisons in our skies,
We are constantly asked to Trust.
Too busy to look up, keep telling your lobbying lies,
They are killing babies in the womb,
They are poisoning with injections, and pretty soon,.. very soon
Perhaps ……as facts
I’d Love to Change The World,
Admit it too
So do YOU.
Change yourself
Demand changes through
Your words and actions and visions and prayers
54 years and these lyrics still ring True. Alvin Lee is lighting on guitar.
Everywhere is freaks and hairies, dykes and fairies
Tell me where is sanity?
Tax the rich, feed the poor, 'til there are no rich no more
I'd love to change the world - but I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you
Population - keeps on breeding, nation bleeding,
Still more feeding economy
Life is funny, skies are sunny, bees make honey
Who needs money? Monopoly!
I'd love to change the world - but I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you... Oh yeah
World pollution, there's no solution, institution, electrocution
Just black and white, rich or poor, them and us
Senator’s stop the war!
I'd love to change the world - but I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you...
I agree with the sentiment... we're just gonna have to change the world one goddam hairy hippy at a time!
This is one of my fav tunes.
